The National Health Insurance Scheme has created a mobile renewal option that allows members to renew their membership without having to go through the trouble of going to the office.
This is due to the government’s successful implementation of the NHIS Mobile Renewal Service in all of the country’s districts.
By dialing *929# from any phone network, you can get access to it and renew your NHIS membership. When going to the NHIS District Offices for renewals, the Mobile Renewal Service eliminates the time-consuming periods and other difficulties.

2. Select Option 2
3. Select NHIS Card
4. Enter the 8 Digit Membership Number
5. Press Send
Once sent, follow the instruction for payment

1. Dial *929# – All Networks
2. Choose Option 1
3. Select NHIS Card
4. Enter Your Membership Number
